As a Yoga teacher, Sound Healer & Ayurvedic chef based in Ericeira (30 minutes from Lisbon), I love offering retreats in Portugal. There will be another yoga retreat in Ericeira in May 2027, blending Yoga, Sound Healing, and Ayurveda (and maybe some surprises ;)) into a 5-day retreat.

Whether you’ve been dreaming of a women’s retreat in Portugal, or sound healing near Lisbon, or simply a few days to come back to yourself, this one is for you. Dates are still being confirmed, but you can already sign up for the waitlist below to be notified once booking opens.

I am also available for retreats and events in the Lisbon & Ericeira area upon request, offering Sound Healing baths, Yoga classes, and Ayurveda workshops. Upcoming retreats & events 2027

May 2027: Yoga, Sound & Ayurveda Retreat

After 2 beautiful editions of Back to the Roots, it truly feels like destiny to keep bringing this retreat back to Ericeira, Portugal. At the end of May 2027, we’re returning for another round of Yoga, Ayurveda & Sound Healing, just 30 minutes from Lisbon. Spend 5 nourishing days reconnecting with your true nature through Yoga, Ayurveda, Sound Healing, Yin Yoga & Journaling, a live Gong Bath, an Ayurvedic cooking class, a Dosha consultation, and two Yoga workshops on Alignment and Philosophy. Dates are still being confirmed, but if this is calling you, go ahead and put yourself on the waitlist.

What I loved most was the amazing feeling of community and the safe space Anne creates. Having two teachers meant we had a lot of personal adjustments, which made me feel so much more confident in my practice. I feel happy, inspired, and can highly recommend joining her retreats!

27th to 31st of May 2026: Back to the Roots

The second edition of Back to the Roots was truly something special. Five nourishing days together in Ericeira, one of Portugal’s most magical coastal villages just 30 minutes from Lisbon, diving deep into Yoga, Somatics, Sound Healing and Ayurveda. Watching everyone reconnect to their true nature in this setting is something I will never take for granted. 7th to 11th of May 2025 Back to the Roots

This is where it all started. Back to the Roots was born in May 2025 in a breathtaking villa close to the ocean in Ericeira, Portugal, a concept built around blending Yoga, Sound Healing and Ayurveda. Bur we had so much more! From Meditation, Breathwork, Somatic Yoga, Yin Yoga and Ayurveda workshop & food, to moments of community, time at the ocean and feeling truly nourished in body and soul, this retreat touched so many hearts, which is exactly why we decided to bring it back.
