Yoga, Sound Healing, Somatics & Ayurveda – Portugal Retreat 2026 Recap
Our Portugal Yoga Retreat in May 2026 was incredible again. Back to the Roots 2.0 brought together so many traditional and newer practices. From Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, Pranayama, Somatic Yoga, Yin, and a Cacao Ceremony to an Ayurveda cooking class, we celebrated life to its fullest.
Our favorite moment was definitely jumping into the pool with our clothes on. 😅
We are beyond grateful for this incredible community and for the open hearts that made this retreat so special. Thank you all for trusting our work. ❤️
It was a week filled with so much laughter and growth. These memories will stay forever. And it reminded us again why we do what we do. 🙏🏼
