About me

What started as a curiosity has shaped into a totally different path

Yoga has completely changed my life. What started as a small curiosity soon became a passion that reshaped the way I live, work, and connect to the world. Back in 2019, during the uncertainty of the pandemic, I reached a breaking point. A demanding corporate job and constant stress led to a mental breakdown, and I realized I couldn’t keep living the way I had been. I needed a change—a real one. It was scary, but I took the leap: I quit my job and traveled to Costa Rica for my first 200-hour yoga teacher training with Alexandra Torres at Vida Asana. That training lit a fire in me I could no longer ignore.

Around the same time, Ayurveda entered my life. I had always been passionate about cooking and holistic approaches to health, yet my own lifestyle was far from balanced. I often ignored my body’s signals, feeling unwell and constipated, thinking it was “normal.” Ayurveda wasn’t a trend for me—it was the only approach that truly worked. I dove deep, completing my first certification at Ayurveda Online University and continuing my studies in India, attending workshops, seminars, and trainings that deepened my understanding. For me, yoga and Ayurveda belong together, and sharing both with others has become my mission.

Since 2021, I have traveled to India regularly, dedicating time to my practice and further studies in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bhakti, sound healing, mantras, and Yin Yoga. Each journey brought new layers of understanding—about the body, mind, energy, and the essence of yoga beyond the asana. These experiences shaped me not just as a teacher, but as a person, and continue to inform every class, workshop, and retreat I lead.

Back in Berlin, I began teaching yoga during the pandemic. It was challenging, especially financially, so I returned to corporate work for a while, yet I continued teaching on the side—hosting classes, events, and retreats whenever I could. Eventually, the demands of teaching and working simultaneously led to burnout, forcing me to pause and reflect. That pause became a turning point, inspiring a journey of travel, self-discovery, and a nomadic lifestyle that reshaped my perspective on work, life, and wellbeing.

By 2023, after many trips to Portugal and feeling drawn to its energy and lifestyle, I finally made the move. Relocating my life and business was not easy, filled with obstacles, but it remains one of the most powerful decisions I’ve ever made. Today, I organize retreats and events in Portugal, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, explore yoga and Ayurveda, and experience the transformative ripple effects of these practices.

Through all the twists, challenges, and discoveries, I’ve learned that life is about listening to yourself, embracing change, and finding joy in unexpected places. Yoga isn’t just a practice—it’s a path to deeper self-understanding, freedom, and lasting transformation. My goal is to guide and inspire others along that path, helping them reconnect to themselves and the world around them with curiosity, joy, and balance.
